Former Patriots star and convicted murderer Aaron Hernandez has died after committing suicide in his Massachusetts prison cell. Hernandez was discovered hanging from a window bar, with 'John 3:16' written across his forehead, according to The Daily Mail. Reportedly, the former football star also had a Bible open to the famous passage.
Fellow inmates report that Hernandez was high on a drug called K2, otherwise known as 'spice.' The former Patriots' tight end was just cleared of a double murder, having been convicted of the slaying of Odin Lloyd, a semi-professional football player who was dating the sister of Hernandez's

"Aaron’s story is a reminder to all of us of how quickly we can do something that could alter our lives forever. Sin has serious consequences. We have all been found guilty of sin in our lives, and sin has an eternal penalty—death."
