Senator Violates Constitution By Suggesting Christian Judge Unfit For Job

Many are suggesting that Democratic Sen. Feinstein has violated the Constitution after suggesting that a judge was not fit to impartially execute her duties due to her Christian faith.

"When you read your speeches, the conclusion one draws is that the dogma lives loudly within you," Feinstein said at a confirmation hearing of Amy Barrett, a nominee for a judgeship on the 7th Circuit. "That’s of concern when you come to big issues that large numbers of people have fought for years in this country."

A perplexed Professor Barrett responds: "If you're asking whether I take my faith seriously and I'm a faithful catholic, I am."

"Although I would stress that my personal Church affiliation or my religious belief would not bear on the discharge of my duties as a Judge."

Many are outraged by the Senator's comments, and labelling her unconstitutional in her actions.

" religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office or public trust under the United States," reads Article VI of the constitution
